Customer Reviews
What Customers Say
Nearly 30 years of honest service — here's what that looks like from the customer's side.
AC went out on a Friday afternoon in July. Called AAM and they were at my house within a couple hours. Diagnosed the problem fast, had the part on the truck, and had us back up and running before dinner. No runaround, no upsell — just fixed it. These guys are the real deal.
Mike T.
Slidell, LA
I got three quotes for a new system. AAM was the only company that actually measured my house before recommending equipment. The other guys just looked at what I had and quoted a replacement. AAM explained why my old system was oversized and installed the right unit. It's been running perfectly and my electric bill dropped noticeably.
Sandra B.
Metairie, LA
Been using AAM for annual maintenance for four years now. They show up on time, do a thorough job, and always give me a straight report on what they found. Never felt like they were looking for things to sell me. That kind of honesty is hard to find.
James R.
Covington, LA
Called at 8pm on a Sunday when my AC stopped working. They answered, came out that night, and fixed it. I honestly didn't expect anyone to show up that fast. Veteran-owned and it shows — professional, efficient, and honest about the cost upfront.

We use AAM for our restaurant's HVAC maintenance and repairs. When something breaks, we can't afford to wait days for a technician. They've always responded quickly and gotten us back online fast. Reliable, professional, and they know commercial systems.
Paul C.
Chalmette, LA
Had a humidity problem in our house that two other companies couldn't figure out. AAM came in, found the issue with our ductwork, and installed a whole-home dehumidifier. The difference was immediate. Wish I'd called them first.
